Book keeping (when taxpayer elects) $50/hour
- Book keeping is defined as the tax preparer’s assistance in researching, organizing, calculating, and totaling income & expenses for the taxpayer that is not incidental to the tax return.
- Book keeping is billed in 30 minute increments with a $25 minimum
Preparer Time exceeding 30 minutes $50/hour
- Our base tax preparation contemplates 30 minutes of actual return preparation & calculation
- Should your return require more that 30 minutes the preparer time charge is $50 per hour and will be billed in 30 minute increments ($25 per ½ hour)
Preparer Consultation: $50/hour
- Free consult up to 15 minutes
- Preparer consultation fee is charged to a taxpayer who has tax questions but who does not file their return with us
- Preparer consultation fee may be charged to a taxpayer who files with us when we are asked to assist taxpayer in resolving an IRS issue that is beyond our control or responsibility
- Preparer consultation is billed in 30 minute increments with a $25 minimum
