Our business was established in 1976, and we pride ourselves on providing customers with high-quality tax services, from preparation of Federal Income Tax Returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120) to representing clients when they have problems with the IRS. Steven Potts is licensed to practice in front of the U.S. Tax Court. This means he can handle your tax issue personally, from the very first notice from the Internal Revenue Service through all of the administrative appeals and file a tax court petition for you with the U.S. Tax Court. He will prepare your case and represent you in front of the Tax Court to protect your rights and get the best possible result on your tax issues. Steven was a member of the Law Review when he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982 and has been a practicing tax consultant since 1976. In addition to his years of broad-based experience, he is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a degree in accounting and has an MBA from the University of Maryland. A former Lieutenant in the Marines, Steven is also an Enrolled Agent.
We prepare hundreds of tax returns every year. We know what to look for when your return is prepared. More importantly, you will have someone to answer your questions during the rest of the year. And we can put you on our mailing list to receive timely tax, business, and financial advice. We also represent taxpayers in front of the IRS whether they receive notices from the Automated Under Reporting Section or full blown audits. We can take the case all the way to the U.S. Tax Court if necessary.

This site is established to allow you to E-file self-prepared tax returns. Knowing that E-filed tax refunds are processed much faster for E-filed returns we are offering you the ability to send your self-prepared return electronically.
Today's tax laws are so complicated that unless your financial affairs are extremely simple, chances are you will benefit from at least occasional help from a tax professional. It is too easy to overlook deductions and credits to which you are entitled if you prepare only one return a year. Even the use of computer software is no substitute for the assistance of a seasoned tax preparer.
